✅ Eligible Products for Return
We accept return requests only for certain product categories, under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Please note: You must share photo or video evidence of the issue while submitting your return request.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
Due to the nature of certain products, returns or refunds are not accepted for the following categories:
🌱 Live Plants
🌾 Seeds (Hybrid, Desi, or Imported)
💊 Fertilizers
💉 Pesticides
🌷 Flower & Vegetable Bulbs
🪴 Perishable or Customized Items
We do not accept returns for these items under any condition unless there is clear evidence of damage or wrong delivery at the time of arrival.
💰 Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
📦 Return Shipping
In case of a valid return:
Return pickup will be arranged from your address (whenever possible).
If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to ship the item yourself, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (with valid proof).
