Live plants or sensitive items may take additional time to ensure careful packaging and handling.
🚚 Delivery Time
Metro cities: 2–5 business days
Non-metro & rural areas: 4–8 business days
Delays may occur due to external factors like weather conditions, courier partner delays, or festive seasons.
🌿 Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49–₹99 may apply based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
🪴 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India using reliable courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution or refund.
📦 Packaging & Handling
All products are packed with care using eco-friendly and secure materials.
Live plants and delicate items are packed separately to avoid damage in transit.

❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refund Due to Shipping
Please note that some items like live plants, seeds, bulbs, and fertilizers are sensitive to handling and weather. Hence, we do not offer refunds for:
Delays caused by courier partners or natural calamities.
Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
